1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all registrations, enrolments and participation in classes, workshops, camps, private lessons and other services offered by Ballet Academy (the “Academy”).
By registering or completing an online booking, participants (or their legal guardians) accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
The Academy offers:
- Recurring ballet classes
- Workshops and masterclasses
- Holiday camps
- Private coaching
- Entry or credit passes
The Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to instructors, schedules or premises if necessary.
3. Registration & Contract Formation
Registration is binding once:
- The online booking is completed, and
- Payment is confirmed.
For minors, registration must be made by a legal guardian.
A contract is formed upon confirmation of enrolment or receipt of payment.
4. Fees & Payment
All prices are stated in CHF.
Payments are processed via:
- Stripe
- TWINT
For subscription-based courses, payments are charged automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of participation.
5. Health & Fitness
Participation requires adequate physical condition.
Participants (or guardians) confirm that:
- The participant is medically fit to attend
- Relevant health conditions are disclosed
- The Academy is informed of injuries
The Academy does not provide medical supervision.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
6. Accident Insurance
Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participant or legal guardian.
The Academy does not provide personal accident coverage.
7. Liability
The Academy is liable only for damages caused by:
- Intentional misconduct
- Gross negligence
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
The Academy is not liable for:
- Personal belongings
- Loss or theft
- Indirect damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory liability under Swiss law.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the Academy’s control (e.g., government restrictions, natural events), classes may be rescheduled or adapted.
9. Media & Photography
Photos or videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional purposes.
Participants may object in writing.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
Place of jurisdiction is Geneva, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
