1. Recurring Courses
Withdrawal must be submitted in writing.
Unless otherwise stated at booking:
- Cancellation before course start: administrative fee may apply
- Cancellation after course start: fees are non-refundable
Missed classes are not refundable.
2. Workshops & Camps
Cancellation:
- Up to 14 days before start → refund minus administrative fee
- Less than 14 days → no refund
Participation may be transferred upon request.
3. Entry / Credit Passes
Credit passes:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable (unless approved)
- Valid within the stated validity period
Unused credits expire automatically.
4. Subscription Payments
For subscription-based enrolments:
- Cancellation must respect the notice period indicated at booking
- Payments already processed are non-refundable unless legally required
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In documented medical cases, the Academy may offer credit at its discretion.
